FAQ

How long until my order ships?

Most items are made to order, so ship time depends on the item:

  • Tap-Off stamps: within 3 days
  • Embossed belts: about 1 week
  • Made-to-order holsters: 2–3 weeks, depending on mold availability for your gun

Delivery time after that depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

What's your return policy?

It depends on the item.

  • Made-to-order items (belts, made-to-order holsters, custom patterns, custom stamps): no returns or exchanges, because each one is built to your specs. If I make a mistake (wrong size, pattern, or color) or it arrives defective, I'll remake it or refund you.
  • In-stock items (holster molds, stamps, tools): returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping. Refund is issued once the item is back in the shop.
  • Digital downloads: not returnable. If a file won't download, won't print right, or pieces don't line up, message me and I'll fix it or send a corrected file.

My order arrived damaged or defective. What now?

Message me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. I'll make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, within 12 hours of ordering. Made-to-order items go into production fast, so message me right away.

How do I pick my belt size?

Order by measured belt length, not pant size. Measure a belt you already own from where the leather folds at the buckle to the hole you use most. There's a sizing chart in the listing photos. Every belt is cut to the length you pick, so please double-check before ordering. I can't exchange a belt for a wrong size choice.

How do I print a pattern correctly?

Print at 100% / "Actual Size" on 8.5x11 letter paper. Turn off "Fit to Page" or "Scale to Fit." Before cutting, measure the 3" scale line on the first page with a ruler. If it isn't exactly 3", your printer scaled it.

Can you make a holster for my gun?

Probably. Message me first with the make, model, barrel length, and any optic or light. I'll confirm I have, or can get, the mold for your gun before you order.

Tap-Off Stamps

What is a Tap-Off?

A Tap-Off is a 3D-printed stamp with your tooling pattern raised on its face. Case your vegetable-tanned leather, set the stamp on it, and tap it with a mallet or press it in an arbor press. The pattern transfers in one impression, and you carve and tool from there. No tracing film or stylus needed.

What artwork works for a custom Tap-Off?

Upload a PNG or JPG (up to 10 MB) with dark lines on a white background. Clean line art works best: tooling patterns, Sheridan-style florals, logos, maker's marks, and monograms. Shading, gradients, and photos don't translate well. If your design is a scan or phone photo, crop it tight and make sure the lines are dark and unbroken.

How is a custom Tap-Off priced?

By stamp area (width × height). You set the width from 0.5" to 9.5" and the height follows your artwork. The configurator shows your exact size and price in the 3D preview before you add it to your cart. Long, narrow designs like belt strips are priced by area too, so they land in the lower tiers.

What's a Left + Right set?

Two stamps, one a mirror image of the other. Use them for matched pieces like wallet panels, holster sides, or belt ends where the pattern needs to face opposite directions.

Will fine lines in my design print?

Every line is automatically thickened to a printable minimum (0.58 mm) so fine detail won't break off. I also review every file before printing and will contact you if anything needs adjusting.

What are the stamps made of? Will they hold up?

PETG, a tough plastic that handles damp leather and repeated use. Let the stamp dry between sessions and store it flat.

Can I order a Tap-Off without using the configurator?

Yes. If the configurator won't load on your device or your design needs special handling, contact us with your artwork and the size you want.
